It’s important to nourish your body with a variety of wholesome foods each day, but there is not a specific diet that we believe any one person should adhere to. We are all bio-individuals and different seasons require different nourishment.
To increase the support of our gut, microbiome, and organs' ability to use what we eat and drink, we also incorporate seasonal detoxes.

This way of thinking has helped us to change our mindset around food and relieve emotional tendencies and orthorexia that our society struggles with. I personally like to use this information to understand where I am in my cycle in regards to my hormones and why I might be craving something.
